Certified Trainers
Certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE), one of the most respected organizations in the fitness industry. The trainer will provide exercises that are safe, backed by science and can provide intelligent progressions, regressions and form guidance for every fitness level.
Your decisions shape your workout, everyone's workout shapes the game.
Players complete small exercises to complete an action in the scenario. Running a lap to reinforce your numbers, 5 medicine ball tosses to arm a trebuchet, 20 mason twist to reinforce a watch tower.
Every exercise immerses you into the adventure that is the scenario.

Gamified Solo Workouts Q1 2024 - Q4 2024
Tim Ferry designed and playtested a 3 month campaign for lifters. This led into the development of a large scale encounter.
Learned it's easier to get people started on their health journey in a group rather than individually.
Gamified Group Workout Development Q4 2024 - Current
Scenario creation, balancing, solo testing of ideas, concepts, exercises, and gamified mechanics to include in the program.
Learned there are no gamified group fitness classes.
Closed Monthly Playtesting Q1-Q4 2025
Invite only playtesting, within a very limited circle of participants to test scenarios.
Confirmed scenario based classes lead to more engaged users who experienced better workouts, and even more fun.
Round Table Meeting Q4 2025
Met with core playtesters to verify value of the program up till that point. Walked through plans for the program and what this should look like in June 2026.
Confirmed this is unlike anything on the market, and meets a big need.
ACE Certification Q2-Q4 2025
In order to pursue this as a business, and lead this program towards a successful launch, I needed to be certified. Studied to obtain ACE Certification.

Officially certified by a nationally recognized and respected organization in the fitness industry. Time to open up playtesting to anyone interested rather than by invite only.
Raise Awareness Q1 2026 - Q2 2026
Announcing the program to any and all who will listen. Podcasts, radio, news articles, reviewers, influencers. Anyone with a platform related to fitness, gaming, or gamification, I have a program that will meet a need.
Kickstarter Campaign Q2 2026
A strong call to action announcing the first to market gamified group fitness classes available at nearly 50% less than other local fitness class competitors monthly cost.
Siege Conditioning Kickoff Q3 2026
Pending a successful campaign in May, we will launch the program with paid memberships on June 1st 2026.
Partnerships
A certified trainer with passed background checks can lead classes for a wide variety of events and participants. Great for team building, library events, game conventions, school gym classes, and so much more.

Indoor/Outdoor classes lasting 30/45/60 minutes for all ages.
Where are these classes?
Since we are still developing this program, our reach is limited. Our playtests are local to Des Moines, Iowa. As we grow, we'll expand and more cities and states.
What's the cost?
Since we haven't launched yet, there is no cost to participate in our monthly playtests.
If you would like to support our journey, we are putting together a Patreon that will go towards equipment, on going training efforts, and our digital presence.
Our expected cost at this time is as follows:
6 month commitment - 70 dollars per month
3 month commitment - 80 dollars per month
1 month commitment - 90 dollars per month.
*Plus 1 membership 40 dollars per month
